Refund Policy

14-day guarantee

Every purchase is covered by a "satisfied or refunded" guarantee of 14 days from the date of purchase, no justification required.

Procedure

1. Email samilaboulette21@gmail.com from the address used at purchase (order number if possible).
2. Refund is issued to your original payment method within 72 hours.
3. Depending on your bank, it may appear 3–5 additional business days later.
4. After refund, the usage licence ends.
